Shipping & Delivery
We ship across selected states in Australia. Please use our shipping calculator at checkout to confirm whether we deliver to your area. If you are unsure or experience any issues, please contact our friendly team for assistance or assurance.
If your location is not available at checkout, you are still welcome to get in touch, and we will do our best to arrange an alternative freight option where possible.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders shipped within Queensland typically dispatch within 7–14 business days. Please allow up to 21 business days for delivery to all other regions. Timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier availability, and product type.
Shipping Costs
All furniture items require standard freight shipping to be selected at checkout based on your delivery location. If the incorrect shipping option is selected (for example, the homewares rate is applied to furniture items), the order will not be dispatched until any remaining shipping balance has been paid.
Showroom Pick-Up
Collection from our showroom is available as an alternative to delivery. If you would prefer to collect your order, please contact our team prior to purchase to arrange collection details.
Delivery Communication & Access
Carriers may contact you to arrange delivery timing. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout so delivery can be scheduled without delay.
Delivery includes unpacking and basic assembly and placement for larger furniture items where applicable. Installation is not included for all products and may vary depending on the item. If you require confirmation regarding assembly or installation, please contact our team prior to purchase.
Customers are responsible for ensuring access is suitable for delivery, including stair access, lift size, doorway clearance, and property access restrictions.
If we are not informed and delivery is delayed or requires rescheduling due to access requirements, additional fees may apply. Failed deliveries or missed delivery appointments may also incur additional re-delivery fees charged by the carrier.
Risk & Delivery
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control; however, we will always assist where possible.
We recommend inspecting your items upon delivery and noting any visible damage with the driver where possible. Any transit damage should be reported promptly.
